Q) How far will you travel?

A) We like to work within 25 miles of Chichester. We will consider travelling further if the job is larger in size. 

Q) Are your products safe? 

A) Absolutely. We use products that are rated for domestic use. They are safe for children and pets. All cleaning products are extracted from the carpets and upholstery during the cleaning. 

Q) Will my price change on the day?

A) No, we will never change the price on the day. If you would like to add on any extra cleaning services or stain protection for example, then we can facilitate this on the day.

Q) Can you give me a quote over the phone?

A) Yes, we will ask you for some information on the room sizes. Just estimates will do. We will then provide you with a quote and you can decide if you want to proceed. We are not pushy.

Q) How do I pay? 

A) Card, Cash or Bank Transfer after we have finished the work on the day. Invoices and receipts are available

Q)Do I have to move furniture?

A)No. We ask you to move the smaller items so we can focus on moving the big stuff. If you are unable to do this then we are happy to move everything. Any Items we have carefully moved will be placed on protective coverings to protect your carpet from marking.

Q) Do I need to hoover?

A)We will ask you to hoover. If you cannot then we are happy to. We can keep our prices lower if you can hoover before our arrival. 

Q) Can you treat stains?

A)Yes, we are stain removal specialists. We can treat many types of stains Including Tea, Coffee, Wine, Paint, Ink, Oil and many more.  We cannot guarantee stains will be removed. It depends on many factors; the type of carpet, the stain, the age, exposure to sunlight and more.

Q) Can you clean while I am not home? 

A) Yes we can make arrangements depending on your requirements.
